What do you get when food and comics is combined?

The Komikon team has been invited by our good comics enthusiast friend and staunch supporter RJ Ledesma to visit Mercato Centrale at the Bonifacio Global City this April 9, 2011 (Saturday) from 7am to 2pm. Most foodies are already familiar with this weekend food market every Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 2pm at the corner of 8th Avenue and 34th Street Bonifacio Global City. But for the uninitiated, here is a short description about the market.

From their website:

Inspired by the outdoor markets of Mercato Centrale in Florence and the Boroughs Market in London, Mercato Centrale at Bonifacio Global City is an innovative weekend lifestyle market with unique, great tasting food finds that you won’t find anywhere around the metro! Mercato also has an extensive selection of healthy and organic fruits, vegetables and livestock, all located in a clean, comfortable, well-ventilated and organized setting.
